Village idiot. After receiving reports about a man creating a disturbance inside and possibly peeing on the Village Inn at 207 W. Wolfsenberger Road, Castle Rock , on Nov. 18, police were again called to the restaurant Nov. 19 about the same man harassing a waitress.
